14th Annual Pumpkin Push 5K & Family Walk

The Pumpkin Push is a 5K run or 2 Mile walk for 2,000 community members to support health care for uninsured patients Neighborcare Health, the leading provider of health care to low-income & uninsured patients in Seattle. Participants will take in scenic views of the Cascades & Lake Washington at Seward Park as they run the USATF certified 5K course or 2 Mile Family Walk. Post-race festivities include food & beverages from our sponsors, & our annual Costume Contest!
